Basically that store in Etowah, TN was selling returns, good or bad, and HF was keeping customers. It's my understanding that they'd buy it by the tractor trailer load. Up until the economy tanked about two or three years ago there use to be a discount tool store in Etowah, Tennessee right on Highway 411 that sold used Harbor Freight and Grizzly equipment. Funny that you should mention returned Harbor Freight tools.
